Kofca staat voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling, gezondheid, sociale rechtvaardigheid, creativiteit, professionele vaardigheden, liefde voor het leven en andere mensen. Kofca-Academie vertegenwoordigt Coffee Consulate, Mannheim (www.coffee-consulate.com) met barista tools, educatiemateriaal en workshops. Coffee Tech Engineering, Israël (www.coffee-tech.com) met koffiebranders, espressomachines en andere. Weber-Packaging, Güglingen(www.weber-packaging.de) met meer dan 3000 verpakkingsmogelijkheden in koffie, thee, snack enz. Mare Terra, Spanje (www.fincasdecafe.es) met groene koffie. Dit in België en Nederland. Kofca-Academie werkt met nationale en internationale trainers die de hoogstaande kwaliteit van de workshops garanderen. Opleidingen gebeuren in het Nederlands, Engels en Duits.
